The Employee Development Department provides workshops and professional development resources for all employees, as well as department trainings.
Employee Development Certificate
The application window is now open for the 2021-2022 Employee Development Certificate Program. The application, supervisor approval form and related documents are due by September 24. Please view the application for program requirements.
This program provides employees from any employee group an opportunity to earn a Chemeketa Employee Development Certificate. Employees can substitute the Certificate for one year of supervisory experience when applying for jobs at Chemeketa. Some positions will also list it as a preferred qualification.
To access Percipio through single sign-on, go to login.chemeketa.edu and click the "Percipio" tile. That will take you to the homepage of the training portal.

Digital Badges are visual, shareable, and verifiable records that represent your accomplishments of select Percipio courses you have successfully completed. You can share your achievements in email or social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter. When you earn a Digital Badge, it contains metadata content that validates who earned it, when it was issued, and for what course.
